ABOUT THE PROJECT
This proposed development will provide much needed family oriented housing options in the City's Ainslie Wood and Westdale neighbourhoods. It consists of a 15-storey mixed-use building with ground floor commercial units along Main Street West, grade level townhouses, and a diverse mix of different unit types.
The proposed development will result in the residential intensification of the site, and will develop an animated frontage on Main Street West, which the City of Hamilton has identified as a Primary Corridor. It is well served by Public Transit, being located within convenient walking distance of the Hamilton Street Rail B-line bus route, McMaster University GO station, and the planned McMaster University LRT station.
